Ipod issues

So I was out working at the job I just received!  But then my ipod got wet.  Which made it not work...  So heres the bad news.  Ipod warranties do not cover water damage.  Furthermore there is no easy way to open them to air them out and get the water out.  My solutions?
A)  Wrap it up with rice and let the rice absorb the water.
B)  Then go see the apple tech support.
C)  Have them tell me that it won't work and will never work.
D)  Me leave them disgruntled.
E)  Put the ipod on my heater from my car on the way home.
F)  Plug it into my computer.
G) Have it work.

Moral of the story.  Apple tech support sucks.

  3. Glad you got it working again. I had something similar happen to me once. I dried it out, took it to the shop and they replaced after I said it had stopped working for no reason. Luckily he didn't see the water marks!

  5. Can't remember ever getting electronics wet, I did get caught in some unexpected rain and had all my books and notes get wet, that wasn't fun.
